As they say, what goes around comes around. Like you, plenty of sympathy for the others who've lost out in the Stanford chaos; but for Brewer: he's now got a dose of exactly what he's been giving out. The man's hypocrisy stinks to high heaven.

Loved this post. Thanks. Brewer chose a funny photo for Facebook. He's never going to find a friend. Always said his wife dresses him funny.

Mark Brewer does both. Sounds much like his preaching when he had a virtual office. He would remind staff about which saint's day it was. His zeal could become quite scary. At one stage he offered statistics about the number of Orthodox believers in Britain. That didn't bother me. What did was that by implication SSG had something to do with it.

Here's another link: the post 'CS Lewis, the reluctant convert', on the website of the orthodox church in Poole
http://orthodoxpoole.org.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=23&Itemid=35 - one of the churches purchased by SSG, is identical to an article on the '40 martyrs' website:
http://40martyrs.org/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=40&Itemid=51

The 2 websites - Poole and 40 martyrs - are based on the same template, and seem to have a few other things in common (e.g. on behaviour in church), so there is a bit of a 'family likeness' between the 2.
